Laboratory developed test (LDT): This test was developed, and its performance characteristics were determined by Monarch Global Labs that is certified under the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments of 1988 (CLIA) and is qualified to perform high complexity testing.

Room Temperature (4-25°C): 48 hours. Ship with ice packs.
Refrigeration (2-8°C): 48 hours. Ship with ice packs.
Leaky tubes. Visually contaminated specimens. Inappropriate sample sources other than urine. Insufficient specimen quantity (less than 3 mL). Unpreserved urines. Gray top urine tube not filled to minimum fill-line.
